Base rates and what they include

A finished stereo mix of one song is €225 per track. If you deliver grouped stem packs (drums, bass, guitars, vocals, etc.), €85 applies per pack — useful when you already bounced groups. Sitting in the control room while we mix costs €98 per attended hour.

All figures include 20 percent VAT. Net reference: €187.50 per track. Service details: mixing and terms and conditions.

What increases effort

More tracks, stacks of doubles and heavy parallel processing add time. Sloppy edits, clipped channels or chaotic file names burn minutes nobody hears. WAVs with consistent sample rate, sensible headroom and a tempo map mix faster than a folder of “final_FINAL2.wav”.

Genre matters less than a clear brief: conflicting references mean more directions. State upfront if you want dry, wide or streaming-competitive — describable goals, not hype. A short bullet list beats a long mood board of unrelated tracks.

B2B invoices: 14 days payment term per terms; consumer projects are usually paid before master delivery.

Revisions and feedback

We include 2 revision rounds per track, in writing or one bundled note — not a drip of twenty emails during the first listen. Collect comments from band, label or producer before replying. Extra rounds may be billed; clear briefings avoid that.

Mastering after the mix is separate — see master delivery formats; €92 per digital track is its own line. For vocal capture quality, read prepare your vocal session.

Delivering files

Preferred: 24-bit WAV, one sample rate, no limiters on individual tracks. Add BPM, key, arrangement map and target length. Large uploads via secure link; we keep project assets 18 months per terms.

You must clear sample and loop rights before we start — we mix, we do not provide legal advice. Data handling: privacy policy.

Attended vs unattended

Unattended saves money when you trust the engineering and references align. Attended helps with complex arrangements, group decisions or if you want to learn how EQ and dynamics react to your multitrack.

Travel to Wien: U4 Pilgramgasse station (about 4 minutes on foot). Bus 13A stop Schönbrunner Straße / Mittersteig. From Wien Hauptbahnhof take U4 towards Hütteldorf to Pilgramgasse.. Hours Mon–Fri 10–20, Sat 10–16; evenings by appointment. Enquire via contact — we typically answer within 2 business days.

Combining with band tracking

Many projects start with band recording in the live room (38 m²) and move to mixing later. Do not book mix time the same exhausted night — next day or a separate block works better. Recording day rates live on services.

A 30 percent deposit holds the mix slot; cancellation rules match sessions in terms.
