Accessibility statement
The German version is legally authoritative. This English text is provided for convenience. Barrierefreiheitserklärung
At a glance
- We target WCAG 2.1 Level AA where practical for a small studio website.
- Keyboard use, contrast, text alternatives and clear structure are priorities.
- The Margareten studio entrance is not fully step-free — details below.
- Send feedback to [email protected]; we usually reply within 2 business days.
1. Scope
This statement covers the public website nocentcetra.digital operated by Nocentcetra GmbH in Wien. It does not cover third-party content opened via external links (for example OpenStreetMap on the contact page).
Legal context includes the European Accessibility Act (EU) 2019/882 where applicable to services, Austrian transposition, and — for websites — requirements aligned with WCAG 2.1 under national web accessibility rules where they apply to us.
2. Conformance status
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA success criteria. After an internal review on 15 October 2026, the site meets many core requirements: semantic HTML, labelled form fields on contact, visible focus, sufficient contrast in main layouts and alt text on informative photos from our image set.
Full conformance on every criterion on every page is not confirmed today. Known gaps are listed under “Known limitations”. We improve incrementally and note major layout changes here.
3. Measures in place
- Structure: heading hierarchy, landmarks (header, nav, main, footer), skip link to main content.
- Keyboard: menu, cookie banner and contact form work without a mouse; focus states are visible.
- Forms: labels and error text on the enquiry form; required fields are indicated.
- Media: decorative images without alt text; meaningful photos have alt text from our spec.
- Language: German and English versions with correct
langattributes and a switch link. - Motion: animations respect
prefers-reduced-motionwhere implemented in the layout.
Legal pages such as privacy, cookies and terms use numbered sections with a table of contents.
4. Known limitations
Website: Any PDFs we may add later might not be fully accessible; we would label them clearly. Wide price tables on services may scroll horizontally on small screens; we review table headers and scope attributes.
Studio premises: Our entrance at Margaretenstraße 78 is in a late-nineteenth-century building with steps to the door; a fully step-free path to the live room is not available today. U4 Pilgramgasse station (about 4 minutes on foot). Bus 13A stop Schönbrunner Straße / Mittersteig. From Wien Hauptbahnhof take U4 towards Hütteldorf to Pilgramgasse. — if you use a wheelchair, please contact us before booking so we can discuss feasible times and access.
Sound levels: Sessions can be loud; we provide 6 headphone sets and remind clients about safe listening levels, but we do not replace individual medical advice.
5. Testing
This statement was prepared or last substantively updated on 15 October 2026. Assessment relies on self-testing (keyboard, 200 % zoom, spot checks with built-in screen readers on macOS and Windows) and code review of our static layout.
We do not currently hold an external WCAG certificate or a full third-party audit. We repeat testing after major redesigns.
6. Feedback
If you encounter barriers on nocentcetra.digital or need content in another accessible format (for example structured text about rates from €105), email [email protected] or call 01 545 08 23. Include the URL, language and a short description.
We acknowledge receipt and usually respond within 2 business days with an assessment or fix timeline.
You may contact relevant Austrian enforcement bodies for web accessibility where the law applies. We prefer to resolve issues directly via contact.
