We aim for 2 business days for a first reply with quote or clarifying questions. Last-minute slots are checked individually; availability is not guaranteed until the deposit arrives.

From 16 with consent from a legal guardian who books and pays. Below that only with written consent and an accompanying adult for the whole session.

Yes. Booked time starts at the agreed hour; lateness shortens the session unless the next slot is free. Arrive a few minutes early for check-in and setup.

One or two people in the control room are usually fine. Larger groups need advance notice so space and volume stay workable.

Core backline for bands and podcast setups is on site; see band recording and podcast recording. Your own instruments and favourite snares are welcome.

Extensions only by agreement and when no follow-up booking waits. Extra time is billed at the booked service hourly rate shown on the quote.

No — 6 sets are available in the live room. Bring your usual pair if you prefer, after a quick check with the engineer.

Default: 24-bit WAV at 48 kHz unless agreed otherwise. Mix and master delivery is defined in the quote; format notes: master delivery formats.

18 months after the last relevant appointment or handover, then deletion from the studio archive. Keep your own backups — see privacy policy.

Yes when included or booked separately. Large transfers use download links or your drive; transfer time may fall outside studio hours.

You send stems or session exports with clear names and tempo info. We work offline and send listening versions for approval; attended hours are available at the mixing rate.

Not as a standard service. Stereo mix and master are our focus; immersive formats only by separate quote.

After full payment for the agreed service, usage rights pass to you as set out in our terms. The studio does not claim rights in your works.

2 structured feedback rounds on mixing and mastering within agreed scope. Further changes or rem mixes are quoted by effort.

Only with your written approval per project. Without consent we do not use your titles in portfolio or social channels.

No. Client recordings are not used to train generative models; voice cloning without explicit written consent from the person concerned is not offered.

You handle clearances and PRO reporting unless agreed otherwise in writing. We may flag audible sample risks in session but do not provide legal advice.

Yes — gross figures include 20% VAT. Net amounts are shown alongside, e.g. €87.50 net and €105 gross for one hour of Vocal recording.

Half-day and day rates are published on service pages, e.g. €369 for four hours of vocals or €829 band day. Volume discounts only in written quotes, not as automatic online rebates.

Monday–Friday 10:00–20:00, Saturday 10:00–16:00; closed Sunday. Evening sessions by appointment. Sunday is closed; weekday evenings by appointment. Public holidays as described in our terms.
