This disclaimer supplements our legal notice and applies to use of nocentcetra.digital and free information published by Nocentcetra GmbH in Wien. It does not govern contractual liability for studio services, which is set out only in the terms and conditions.

2. Website content
We maintain copy, prices and service descriptions on Services with care and update them when needed. Errors, outdated details or incomplete information may still occur. Website information is non-binding unless confirmed in a written quote.
Guides in our Guides section (for example vocal prep, mix budgeting or podcast setup) reflect studio practice; they are not legal, tax or medical advice. You act on them at your own discretion.
3. No promise of chart or streaming success
Recording and post-production are creative work. Loudness, tone, editing choices and commercial results depend on your material, preparation, references and factors outside the studio (algorithms, marketing, genre trends). We make no promises about chart positions, playlist placement or listener numbers.
We aim for professional technical quality; perceived results also depend on source tracks, home monitoring and listeners’ playback systems. We are not liable for outcomes beyond our control.
4. External links and embedded services
Pages may link to third-party sites such as map services or the EU ODR platform. Once you leave our site, their terms and privacy policies apply; we do not control their content and are not liable for it.

5. Availability and security
The site is hosted by World4You Internet Services GmbH with standard technical safeguards. Maintenance, outages or third-party attacks can still cause temporary downtime. There is no entitlement to uninterrupted access.
Check any downloads or links for integrity before reuse. We are not liable for damage to your devices from third-party software where the law allows limitation.
6. Limitation for free information
Where permitted by law, Nocentcetra GmbH and Stefan Hofer as responsible persons are liable for purely informational website content only for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential duties, limited to foreseeable typical damage.
This does not apply to injury to life, body or health or where mandatory consumer law forbids limitation. Paid studio work follows article 12 of the terms.

You may not copy, distribute or publicly reuse website content without our consent, except as allowed by law (for example quotation rights). Demos or press assets are shared only on request with a clear licence.
